David is leading some of the key systems engineering efforts within the NASA Constellation Program (CxP, levels 1-3) to deliver key foundations for the entire U.S. fleet of next-generation spacecraft, systems, and missions (MS, GS, ARES I/V, EDS, ORION, EVA, LSAM, DSS, future: MTV, DAV) for ISS Crew/Cargo, Lunar Sortie/Outpost, and Mars Exploration Missions. In particular, his expertise in mission-critical avionics, flight software, and IV&V has been provided.
